Sandra Saint-Hillaire

Sandra Saint-Hilaire is the Executive Director of the Miami-Dade County State Legislative Delegation, serving as the liaison between state legislators, Miami-Dade County, municipalities, and the public. She coordinates public hearings, appropriations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. She tracks legislative priorities by Delegation members, monitors their progress, and provides updates throughout the legislative process. She also has extensive experience in political campaigns and finance. Sandra is the Founder and CEO of SamaSphere Sports, a management and consulting company. Under her leadership, Team SamaSphere was runner-up at the 2025 Open de France Féminin and participated in the 2026 Miami Ball Run. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Economics from Florida International University and an associate in economics from Miami Dade College.
